Myriad PR has undertaken detailed consultancy work for Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – the UK’s largest specialist cardiothoracic hospital.
The agency led on the redesign, content and relaunch of the hospital’s website (www.papworthhospital.nhs.uk) in partnership with creative design agency, Mobas who are based in Royston. The redesign makes the site easier to use and navigate for patients and doctors, and update by the hospital’s communications team.
Myriad also worked closely with the Trust’s internal communications team in the creation of a microsite to publicise the hospital’s Papworth Direct service, which provides patients with quicker access to diagnosis and shorter pathways to treatment as required.
The agency produced a range of brochures and leaflets for the public, family doctors and health service commissioners outlining the hospital’s services.
