3M Health Care manufactures pharmaceuticals and markets more than 1,000 medical, dental and pharmaceutical products. It is 3M's largest UK operation with a workforce of around 1,300 based at sites in the East Midlands and the North West.
Myriad plays an integral part in 3M Health Care's external and employee corporate communications, including the company's media relations programme and the production of a range of specialist magazines and journals.
Myriad journalists created the company's first employee magazine -Spectrum and continue to produce it every quarter.
The agency also produces 3M publications targeted at external key market audiences, such as NHS policy makers and UK clinicians.
3M has a global target to achieve 40% of its sales from products less than four years old and Myriad works closely with 3M Health Care's in-house teams to maximise customer awareness of its latest innovations.
The agency's success with targeted releases for the UK regional, nursing and medical media ensures that product launches and developments in the 3M Health Care range are brought to the attention of its wide NHS customer base.
